No Piece of Pi {3.14159265...}

After seeing this film, Pi, I wondered: how may we be driven to new lows, all for money or something we want. It is an impressive piece, this film. I enjoyed it, mostly in an existential way. It made me appreciate my sanity. With violent hallucinations, a large amount of symbolism, and captivating characters, I wish to see it once more, however, I am not sure if I can.

  1. If you like this watch the movie Primer. It is famous for unapologetically NOT dumbing down its subject material for the sake of the audience.

    On that note, we could coin a new genre right here that this and movies like it fall into. Let us see, it has its roots in math and science, yet opens discourses in philosophy and spirituality, making it the perfect movie for the over-educated uni student....

    I have it! We will call it "erudica," which is of course a play on erudite and erotica. There, I have made your blog famous.
